Questions parents ask

What are pre-loved (preloved) toys?

Pre-loved toys are second-hand toys that are still in great shape. Every Open Brand toy is imported, inspected, cleaned with child-safe products, tested and graded before we list it, so you get branded toys for much less than new.

Are your second-hand toys clean and safe?

Yes. Each toy is wiped and sanitised with child-safe products, checked for loose or missing parts, tested with fresh batteries where needed and photographed as-is, so the photos show the exact toy you receive.

Do you deliver pre-loved toys across Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver to cities across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. The delivery estimate for your city is shown on every product page.

How do I pay for my order?

Pay by bank transfer or mobile wallet. The account details are shown at checkout and on your order confirmation. Send us the payment slip on WhatsApp, we confirm your order and dispatch it.

Can I return a toy?

If a toy does not match its description or condition report, contact us within the return window shown on our Returns page and we will make it right.
